Studio ESP

Located in the historic NACC building in Niagara Falls, NY, Studio 420

A Space Built for Your Vision.

Studio ESP (Eveneye Studio Project) is a dedicated workspace designed for the photographer who values both art and atmosphere. We’ve moved away from the cold, sterile feel of modern rentals to create a studio that feels grounded, warm, and intentional. It is a professional home base tailored for the full spectrum of the craft—from traditional analog and fine art projects to modern digital editorials, detailed product work, and polished portraiture.

The layout is built for a smooth, all-day flow. You’ll find a sturdy 4x8 work table for gear prep, a comfortable lounge with a 75-inch display for reviewing shots with your team, and a private darkroom that doubles as a changing area. It’s a complete creative suite that respects the process, providing the heavy-duty specs you need—like 13-foot ceilings and total blackout control—paired with the kitchenette and a comfortable place to sit to refresh between shoots.

You’ll find us perched on the 4th floor of the historic Niagara Arts & Cultural Center (The NACC). Once a massive high school, this 180,000-square-foot landmark is now the vibrant, creative heartbeat for the region’s artists and makers.

Multi-Purpose Darkroom

Our dedicated 150-square-foot darkroom is fully optimized to support a diverse range of chemical-based photographic practices.

The specialized workspace seamlessly accommodates historical processes like Wet Plate Collodion alongside traditional black-and-white film development and silver gelatin printing.

Designed with efficient workflow and safety in mind, the environment is perfectly equipped to handle the unique chemical requirements of alternative process photography.

Whether you are mixing raw chemistry or mastering fine art prints, this versatile space provides everything needed to bring analog imagery to life.
